Formally known as KBS Cleaning Solutions, this company first started as a sub contractor to larger cleaning companies. After years of successfully completing large projects and keeping clients happy, we decided to re-brand our company to serve clients directly. Our idea is that by being the first and only point of contact with our clients we are able to create long lasting relationships and quickly cater to our client's needs.

Our cleaning technicians are our client's building's second pair of eyes. Our techs are constantly walking throughout the facilities ensuring the safety and cleanliness of every building for their workers, customers and tenants.
With our new app our techs are able to easily communicate any discrepancies occurring in our client's building right away to help avoid any possible liabilities, violations, damages from getting bigger or becoming a lawsuit and to simply avoid wasted time. The app will also notify of any repairs needed, quotes to repair and self-scheduling services.
Our goal as a commercial cleaning company is not to only clean but to work as a team with our clients to minimize risks and increase their freedom and finances. We are here to create and maintain a safe and inviting environment.
